Sling TV declared the introduction of the Sling TV app to the Google Nest Hub and Nest Hub Max. You can now stream all of your favorite shows on Google’s smart display of the Nest Hub via Sling TV.
Sling TV is already supported by Android, Chromecast, Android TV, and more, but a simple voice order has never been available. On the other hand, YouTube TV was able to play your favorite channels with a quick “Hey Google” on nearby TVs and smart displays.
Through assistance for the Google Nest Hub and Nest Hub Plus, Sling TV is closing the gap. The content will be pulled up immediately using a command like “Hey Google, watch HGTV on Sling.” You will need a Sling account to use this, of course, and you will also need the Sling TV app to set up things.
“Slingers, good news! Sling TV is available to users in the Google Nest community on more phones. So you can watch smart displays of Sling on Nest Hub ($129) and Nest Hub Max ($229), control Sling with your voice, or use your voice to cast Sling over a smart speaker or mobile device to a Chromecast-connected device. Wherever you want to stream your favorite shows, films, sports, and media, you can introduce Sling to any space in your home, the kitchen, workplace, bedroom. And you can get a 3-day free trial if you are new to Sling TV! “Sling TV quoted on their website in a statement.
New customers who sign up for Sling through the Google Home app can receive a free preview for 3 days to experience the sports, entertainment, lifestyle, movies and shows that we have to share, no strings attached. To access Sling on your Nest Hub or Nest Hub Max, just go to your smartphone’s Google Home app and connect to your Sling account.
