In the fall, World of Warcraft, one of the most famous and oldest online role-playing games, will celebrate its nineteenth anniversary. It’s hard to even count how many trials the players have had over the years. But, of course, we are not talking about bugs and errors in the game — we are talking about raids and raid bosses in the world of warcraft.
According to the tradition of the MMORPG genre, these are the most complex and time-consuming activities that require not only a solid preparation of each player but also the coordinated work of the entire team.
A large number of players cannot cope with many of the bosses in world of warcraft games. Someone quits the game for this reason, but others turn to professional players for help.
Unstoppable Titans: The Most Epic Battles Bosses in World of Warcraft
Boosting services are ready to help with the passage of especially difficult bosses, as well as with daily activities, the purchase of certain items, and many other player requests. However, each player should remember that it is better to boost wow only with the help of proven and reliable companies.
In this article, we will talk about the three most interesting bosses from various additions to World of Warcraft.
1. Queen Azshara, Battle for Azeroth
The ancient queen of the night elves, who made a deal with N’Zoth to save her people, fell 12 days after the discovery of the epic complexity of the raid: the Method guild took 359 attempts to cope with the royal person.
By this time, Blizzard had managed to cut the power of the queen and her retinue twice, and the annoyed raiders named her the worst boss in history. But over time, everyone calmed down, and now we can appreciate the merits of both the complex unique mechanics of combat and the versatility of the presentation of the tragic figure of the queen in the history of World of Warcraft.
For the first time we met Azshara back in the classic WoW: by that time her kingdom had already gone underwater, and only Azshara’s location in Kalimdor reminded us of her. And only the events of Cataclysm, which stirred up the whole of Azeroth, forced the queen to appear on the surface.
In the Well of Eternity dungeon, she even acts as one of the bosses, but we have to fight not with her, but with her servants: Azshara herself was too strong for some Azeroth heroes back then.
In the Azsuna location, the events of the Legion allowed us to plunge into the past and find out how the queen’s anger turned out for the subjects of the poor Prince Farondis.
And finally, the addition of Battle for Azeroth appeared on the horizon — and Blizzard chose Azshara as one of the key figures of the upcoming battle. We were even able to get into the once-flooded city of Nazjatar, and eventually enter the Queen’s palace.
2. C’Thun
The most powerful of the Ancient gods, Y’Shaarj, was the only one who fell without the help of the raiders: all the others had to be dealt with by the players themselves.
And the multi-eyed lord of chaos C’Thun has forever remained in the memory of World of Warcraft veterans, not only because he was the first god who caught our eye. The story of the final boss of the famous Ahn’Qiraj dungeon turned out to be dramatic and even tragic due to other factors.
Classic dungeons and raids of World of Warcraft in general abounded with complex, time-consuming, and uncompromising tests.
In those years, it was considered normal to demand full dedication from players: many hours, days, and weeks of mastering difficult content in conditions of slow and difficult pumping without examples in the form of user modifications.
Well, what: there are not so many bosses, so what else can the heroes of Azeroth do? But even against this harsh background, C’Thun stands out as a noticeable cliff from a distance.
The raiders had plenty of opportunities to die during the battle: from the summoned tentacles, from the blows of claws, from gastric juice in case of ingestion, and most importantly — from the deadly green ray that the boss emitted from the eyes.
At the same time, all players had to beat the sea monster with all their might so that the shield flew off and the damage began to take place — and even then not for long: it was possible to demolish well if a tenth of the health reserve before the next shield.
The task, as usual, was complicated by bugs, sometimes leading to the immediate death of part of the raid. C’Thun appeared in the game on January 23, 2006, and already in February, raids began to go on him. A patch that seriously weakens the boss was released on April 26 — and on the very first day after that, the ancient god fell.
Very soon, this victory was credited to all the prepared raids. But no one bragged about it anymore: the exciting nightmare dissipated, and the boss became uninteresting.
3. Yogg-Saron, Wrath of the Lich King
If we talk about really difficult battles, then few can compare with Yogg-Saron – killing the final boss of Ulduar without the support of the Guardians of the Titans.
This achievement at first looked completely impossible, because the assistants released by us during the raid increased the damage inflicted by the raiders, the reserve of health, speed, and healing, reduced the damage received, and could even save from death.
Yogg-Saron, a demon with a thousand faces, according to mythology was the last remaining ancient god at large. The history of victories began with a scandal.
The Ulduar raid opened on April 14, 2009, and on June 26, the Exodus guild showed a screenshot of killing the boss and obtaining the achievement “One in the Dark” — for killing without the help of keepers. But very soon it turned out that the raiders simply used an exploit: at the most difficult stage, faceless creatures, which were considered impossible to resist without keepers, simply did not react to the players.
“Resourceful” raiders were banned, achievements and trophies were taken away, and killing the boss without keepers was again considered impossible. So far, the little-known Taiwanese guild Stars has not proved the opposite: on July 7, it still managed to murder without the help of keepers. It took the Raiders more than 500 attempts.
It is difficult to remember the more difficult bosses to complete. Many players have spent hours, days, and weeks fighting them in epic battles. But now they are not so difficult to pass, especially if you use the services of boosting companies.
